My name is Chris; I'm a proud husband and dad to two amazing kids and an over-the-top spoiled Westie, Stringer. My family and I have lived in Sienna for nearly a decade.

​I’m excited to bring Community Residential Services to my community and those surrounding it. As a Sienna resident, I’ve experienced exceptional and frustrating home service. That’s why I designed CRS—to set a new standard for reliable, high-quality home maintenance and repair.

With over 20 years as an academic and operations executive, I bring a meticulous approach to everything I do. I hold a doctorate in higher education administration and am a certified project manager. In addition, I am the son of a carpenter and possess 30+ years of experience in home repair, maintenance, and renovations/remodels. I’ve developed a deep familiarity with and appreciation for craftsmanship and a high standard for excellence.

One lesson I’ve embraced throughout my career is leveraging a passion for the pursuit of perfection as a strength. I am intensely committed to precision, care, and process, which leads to consistent, high-quality results.
